A native New Yorker, I earned my undergraduate degree in English and spent the past several years writing for the media/entertainment industry (most recently MTV.com) and pursuing a Masters degree in Art Education at NYU. Now a state-certified art educator, I’m currently a full-time visual arts teacher at the Aaron School, a private special needs school serving students of all abilities in grades K-7. Before that, I taught fine/digital arts at PS 33, Chelsea Prep, worked as teaching artist in upper-Manhattan for Creative Art Works, and traveled to Kosovo with ArtsAction Group, an emerging non-profit dedicated to bringing free visual/theater arts programs to high-conflict areas.
I appreciate your interest in my work, and invite you to explore this site and learn more about my professional background and creative experience. Thanks for stopping by, and as always, please feel free to reach out with any questions.
